A random adventure… yes please. Kelley (a new girl crush for me) brought up her design narrative idea to me last week at Borders and well I guess I just jumped in. In my so called “previous life” (3 years ago) I worked as an interior/graphic designer for an architectural firm and overdosed on the pressure to be creative 60 hours a week. Boo… After a quick recovery from the overdose I found my second (maybe hidden first) love, teaching special needs kiddos. I’m in year 3 and couldn’t love it more. For 1,000 reasons I know I’m now doing the work I was crafted to do, and one of those reasons is now I get to be creative without the pressure. I could go on but then that’s boring.
